# Upload Timesheet Template File

Your temp placements will most likely be required to complete paper timesheets and return them to you on a weekly basis. Upload your timesheet template file here so you can quickly send it to new and existing placements.  

Navigate to **Admin->Settings** then select the **Agency->Files** Tab.

The Admin Area is only accessible if your user account has been granted the Administrator permission.

We recommend that your file is a PDF formatted document.

In the **Candidate Timesheet Template** section, press the choose file button to select and upload your document file.

All files uploaded to KISREC are displayed in a common format, for example:

Key information about the file is shown, such as file size, filename, the date the file was uploaded and by which user.

You can press the![](/files/N9NIdArHB4hNa6y2A6st)icon to view the file or the![](/files/igNXqNDgDbnkBT4IRBwh)icon to download the file to your computer or smart phone.
