You can navigate to a candidate profile from the candidate search or from a context menu where the option is available.
If a candidate has requested that they no longer be contacted by your agency or that their data is removed from your system, you may want to keep the candidate profile on file but ensure emails or SMS message are no longer sent to the candidate.
When you set this option on, the candidate will be excluded from batch messaging and individual email and SMS messaging will also be disabled.
This option will be automatically turned off if the candidate is set as called in available.
Select the date that the candidate will be available. The available date is used to order the items in the candidate search results and can also be updated with the called in available feature.
To assign a discipline, select from the available items in the dropdown list.

You can assign multiple discipline's to a candidate profile.
Tags and skills are used to add additional key information to your candidate profiles and are especially useful when using the smart search feature and when matching candidate's to jobs.
Enter the text for the tag or skill, then press the [enter] key on your computer.
If you have uploaded and parsed a CV file, you will see the an option to Add Skills From CV. Press the option to automatically add all the skills that were extracted from the candidates CV file.
All candidate's are assigned a KISREC user as the owner and defaults to the user who is created the profile. The owner can be used to filter the items in the candidate search. It does not impose any restrictions for other users.
Press the icon to remove an assigned discipline if needed.
Press the icon to remove a tag or skill if needed.
Press the icon to show a menu with options you may wish to take.
