When you send an email from KISREC, the reply email message will go to your KISREC login email address. You will receive the reply email message in your external email client such as Microsoft Outlook.
Instead of using your external email client, you can choose to receive recipient replies in your KISREC email inbox. The recipients profile activity in KISREC will also record the incoming email message.
Before you send an email, you can choose the “KISREC Email Inbox” option from the Reply To dropdown list on the send email dialog.
The recipient gets the email as usual from your KISREC login email address, but the reply is sent to your KISREC email inbox instead.
You will receive a notification in KISREC when you have unread messages in your email inbox.
If you receive an inbound email when you are not logged into KISREC, an email notification will be automatically sent to your KISREC login email address. To ensure you receive these notifications when you are away from your computer, you must ensure you are logged out of KISREC.
Navigate to Manage -> Email Inbox or press the email notification icon.
The User dropdown filter is an administrative function and will only be visible if your user account has been granted the Administrator permission.
Click on the email to view the full email message.
In the example above, a candidate has sent a message with 2 attachments, you can quickly add these documents to the candidate profile using the drop down menu.
Press the Reply button to compose and send a reply email message.
Inbound emails are indicated with a icon in the profile activity section.
