Candidate Advanced Search

In this guide we'll be covering the advanced search feature.

Navigate to Manage->Candidates

To reveal the advanced search panel, press the button.

Candidate Advanced Search

Here you can search your full candidate database to find candidate's that match specific criteria.

For example, you may wish to find all Electricians & Electricians Mate's within a 30 mile radius of the city of Leeds.

You could refine your search further by adding tags and skills to the search criteria.

Search Results

Search results are displayed in a tabular format with columns showing some key profile information.

You can access a candidate's full profile and take other actions using the candidate context menu.

Press the icon to reveal the candidate context menu.

Batch Email & SMS

You can send an email or SMS message to all the candidate's in the search results.

Select the Email or SMS option from the send batch button menu.

Export Search Results

To export your search results to Excel, press the button.

Exporting search results is an administrative function. The export button will only be visible if your user account has been granted the Administrator permission
