# Candidate Advanced Search

Navigate to **Manage->Candidates**

To reveal the advanced search panel, press the ![](/files/fFcnxScL9n1DShM7OB0i) button.

Here you can search your full candidate database to find candidate's that match specific criteria.

For example, you may wish to find all **Electricians** & **Electricians Mate's** within a **30** mile radius of the city of **Leeds**.

You could refine your search further by adding tags and skills to the search criteria.

## Search Results

Search results are displayed in a tabular format with columns showing some key profile information.

You can access a candidate's full profile and take other actions using the candidate[ context menu](/setup-your-account/introduction.md#context-menus).

Press the ![](/files/9UoPqnmlb0D10iXTnAgM) icon to reveal the candidate [context menu](/setup-your-account/introduction.md#context-menus).

## Batch Email & SMS

You can send an email or SMS message to all the candidate's in the search results.&#x20;

Select the Email or SMS option from the send batch button menu.

## Export Search Results

To export your search results to Excel, press the ![](/files/hTzJe7rqRTwPSi4PW3ep) button.

Exporting search results is an administrative function. The export button will only be visible if your user account has been granted the Administrator permission
